Margie Baca

Margie Baca, 102 years old, resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico joined the Lord Jesus Christ on October 18th, 2020 surrounded by family in her home in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Margie was born on October 10, 1918 in Dahlia, New Mexico to Porfirio and Eulogia (Lucero) Martinez.  Margie was preceded in death by both parents; 12 brothers and sisters; her husband, Jake Baca; and two sons, Robert Baca and John Baca.  She is survived by her caretaker daughter, Shirley Marrujo and spouse Pablo, from Albuquerque, New Mexico; daughter, Ruby Reiselman and spouse Ed from Kennewick, Washington; and daughter-in-law, Rosalee Baca from Spokane, Washington.  Margie had 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and one great, great granddaughter.

Family was everything to Margie.  Margie was a very devout Catholic and was a role model of the Catholic faith.  Friends may visit Tuesday, October 20, 2020, 7:00 p.m. at FRENCH – Lomas. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, October 21, 2020, 11:00 a.m. at Sangre De Cristo Catholic Church, 8901 Candelaria Road NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112.  Burial service will follow at 2:30 p.m. in San Jose Cemetery in Anton Chico, New Mexico.
