Marcella C. Davis

Marcella C. Davis, age 86, was called home by Our Lord Jesus Christ on Tuesday, October 9, 2018.  She passed away at home peacefully surrounded by her loved ones.   Marcella was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Clyde A. Davis; and sons, Jerry and Richard.   She is survived by her daughters, Brenda and husband, Mark McCallister, Denise and husband, Tom Rice; son, Stan and wife, Joann Davis; caregiver, Lydia Lozoya; and sister, Magdalen Mauldin; 9 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Marcella was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She was born on a cattle ranch in Magdalena, NM.  She attended Albuquerque High School in Albuquerque where she met her husband, Clyde.  In 1967, they opened State Beauty Supply which is still in operation today.  Marcella was an amazing business woman and will be remembered for her great faith in Our Lord, her integrity, honesty, generosity and gentle disposition.
