Louise Hernandez, 70, was called up to heaven on Saturday, June 4, 2016. She was surrounded by her loving family as she took her last breath after a nine month battle with lung cancer. Louise was a loving and kind mother, a patient and special "Nanie" to her grandkids, a devoted wife, and beloved sister and friend.
Louise was born May 9th, 1946 in Las Vegas, New Mexico to Filemon and Eloisa Castellano and raised in Bernal and Albuquerque New Mexico. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Hernandez; her children, Alex, Connie, Cindy, and Robert; her grandchildren, Phillip, Rachel, Tina, Robert Jr., Shane, and Jacob; and her brothers and sisters. Louise enjoyed going to the casino, doing crafts, working at the zoo and spending time with her family. She will be missed by all who loved her.
Services will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2016, 11:00 a.m. at FRENCH - University.
