Louis Edmond Mingo, CWO3 (USN, Ret.) passed away Monday, April 9, 2018 at 8:46 pm. He is survived by his wife Fabiola G. Mingo; son, Louis E. Mingo Jr. Lt. Col (USAF, Ret); daughter, Mary M. Mohagheghi, and six grandchildren and one great grandchild. He will be greatly missed. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Gate of Heaven Cemetery 7999 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM. Full Military honors will be rendered.
