Lorraine Medina age 72, beloved spouse, mother, and daughter, was called to her eternal resting place on November 25, 2025, surrounded by those who loved her most.

She entered this world on October 3, 1953, in Grants, NM, born to Willie and Juana Zamora.

Lorraine spent her life spreading joy to everyone around her. A devoted and loving mother, she gave her whole heart to her family, always filling her home with warmth, kindness, and an open door for anyone who needed it.

She found happiness in gardening, arts and crafts, and the precious time she spent with her children and grandchildren. Her presence brought comfort, laughter, and love—a space she leaves behind can never truly be filled. She will be deeply missed, forever cherished, and always remembered.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Medina; son, Branden Medina and significant other Sharon Martinez; son, Justen Medina and wife, Jennifer Martinez; granddaughters, Mia Medina, Adison Medina, Alana Medina, and Ava Medina. Siblings, Sandra Zamora, Susie Aragon, Robert Zamora, and Michael Zamora.

Rosary will be held Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 8:15 a.m., with a Mass to follow at 9:00 a.m., at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St. Joseph's Dr. NW – Albuquerque.

The graveside service will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 924 Menaul Blvd NE in Albuquerque. Reception will be immediately following at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church.
