In loving memory of a remarkable soul Lois Cecilia Berger, whose grace and kindness touched the lives of many, passed away peacefully at her home on December 21,2023. Lois, a devout catholic, was born in Hamilton Ohio on December 17, 1934 and was a graduate of Notre Dame high school. She is survived by her husband Lawrence Berger, children Connie Levy (husband) Kevin and Larry Berger, grandchildren Danielle Gutierrez,  Amy Dutailly (husband) Thomas, Mandy Paulson (husband) Will and great grandchildren Danielle and David Wyatt, Alice Dutailly, and Aurora Paulson. Lois was proceeded in her death by her parents Joseph Bernard Schroer and Lillian Cecilia Schroer, her five siblings Joseph B Schroer Jr., Jean Ann Sheyer, Marilyn Schroer, Carol Cahalane, and Barbara Corcoran, daughter Sheree Berger, and granddaughter Kristin Wyatt. A beacon of compassion, she dedicated over two decades of her life to selflessly volunteering at The Assistance League of Albuquerque where she formed lifelong friendships and bonds. Her radiant spirit illuminated every room she entered, infusing it with warmth and positivity. Her genuine smile was a reflection of the beauty within her heart, spreading joy effortlessly.

Her boundless love and unwavering support extended far beyond her volunteer work. She possessed an innate ability to see the beauty in everyone and showered them with kindness, leaving an indelible mark on their hearts. Lois was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and mima. Her legacy lives on through the lives she touched, the smiles she created, and the love she shared. While she may no longer be with us in person, her essence will forever linger in the memories of those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with such an extraordinary woman.
