December 31, 1946 — January 3, 2019
Lewis "Lou" Cuevas, age 72, passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2019. Lou served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and later became a well-known storyteller, author, poet, and teacher. A Memorial Reception will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH - University Reception Center. He will be laid to rest with his loving wife, Elizabeth Cuevas, at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
