Leo Durham

Leo Durham, 67 years old, our family’s rock, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020.

Leo was known for his unwavering love and dedication to his family.  He also spent his time fishing, reading and playing cards.

He is survived by his mother, Wanna Durham; loving wife, Esther; his children, Ureka and spouse Dennis, Shannon and Leo; grandchildren, Keanu and fiancé Faith, Jordan, Jazmin, Christian, Logan, Mason and Lily; great-grandchildren, Max, August and Oliver.  He is also survived by his sister, Carol Nunn and husband, Harry Nunn; brother, Richard Durham; as well as many cherished nieces, nephews, in-laws and cousins.  Also touching his life were niece, Janette Perez and husband Ray Perez along with their children, Matthew and Arianna; in-law, Tiny Satterfield; cousin, Bernadette Connelly and husband, Albert Connelly; friend Irene Delgado and her son, Miguel Vargas.  Leo was preceded in death by father, Leo Durham; brothers, Gerald Durham and Leslie Durham; sister, Genevieve Farr; along with in-laws, Edward and Petrita Mares.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at 12108 Phoenix Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM  87112 home of his daughter, Ureka and spouse Dennis Satterfield.
