LaVerna Jean Larson Humble

LaVerna Jean Larson Humble, age 86, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 9, 2016. She was a long-time resident of Albuquerque. She was born June 28, 1929 in Clay Center, KS. She was a loving wife and mother and a devoted caregiver to her son. She is survived by her daughter, Debra Wedemeyer and her husband, William L.; grandchildren, William M. Wedemeyer and wife, Christy, Kimberly Hill and husband, Dan, Audra Iversen, and Aaron Wedemeyer; great-grandchildren, Erin, Clayton, and Charles Hill, Elijah Iversen, Wyatt and Eva Wedemeyer. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Neal; her son, Michael; her parents, Clarence and Ida Larson; and her brother, Verlyn. Visitation will be Monday, March 14, 2016, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. The funeral service will follow on Tuesday, March 15, 11:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. Interment will be at Ellenwood Cemetery, Sawyer, Kansas.
