Laurence "Larry" Willie Walters

On Sunday, June 5, 2022, Laurence “Larry” Willie Walters was called home at the age of 63.  The world has lost a great father, son, brother, and leader.

Larry was born in Oakland, California on December 23, 1958. There, he attended St. Mary’s College High school. Larry then joined the United States Air Force at 19 years old, traveling the world. Larry was stubborn, picky, straight-forward, honest, outgoing, loving, committed, understanding, voice of reason and protective.

If you asked Larry, his greatest accomplishment was being a father and a grandfather. Larry is survived by his son Mark Walters, daughters: Fanoy Walters and Leilani Walters, his grandsons, Kalija Irving, and Jaron Walters, granddaughter: Emma-Rose Walters and lastly, his beloved dog Rico, who he considered his son.

A Memorial Service will be planned at a later date.
