Kevin Michael Hallacy

Passed away after a short one year battle with colon cancer with his mother and step father at his side on May 26th, 2026.

He was born in Pittsburg, Kansas on September 5th, 1986, to Michael Hallacy and Christie Simmons-Hallacy.

He was preceded in death by his father Michael Hallacy of Pittsburg KS, his Great paternal Grandmother Maurine Lundberg of Pittsburg KS, his Grandfather Clayton Simmons of Albuquerque, N.M., his Hallacy Uncles, Danny, Sunny, Pat and Aunt Karen Newton.

He is survived by his mother Christie (Simmons) Gleason, Stepfather Robert "Jackie" Gleason, his siblings Jennifer (Karl) Reiff of Albuquerque NM, Scott (Leah) Burnett of Albuquqerque NM, Marla Hallacy of Little Rock, AR. His step brother Justin (Katelyn) Gleason of Albuquerque, NM and step sister Megan Gleason of Albuquerque, NM. Also survived by his grandmother Marilyn Clarece (Lundberg) Simmons of Albuquerque and several Aunts, Uncles and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Kevin will be remembered for his outburst of laughter, his smiling face and love of Disney books and movies, (UNM) Lobos and Pitt State (Gus) Gorillas.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Kevin's life will be announced and held at a later date.
