Kate (Catalina) Padilla went on to be with the Lord on Dec. 29 2025, she joined family that preceded her in heaven, husband Benny, son Paul and daughter Gloria as well as 11 brothers and 1 half sister and half brother. She was born on June 13, 1928 and grew up in New Mexico, moved to California and returned to Albuquerque in her last years.

She will be sorely missed by all of her family including her sons Benny wife Maggie, Herman wife Patty, Robert wife Anita and daughter Anna and her husband Chris and her grandkids with their families, Joseph, Timothy, Angela, Phillip, Diana, David, Hannah, Sarah, Alyssa and Brianna and 8 great grandkids.

She loved all of children, grandkids and great grand kids. She had a big heart and would give help when we needed it, she was a good cook and we loved her food. In her later years she lived in assisted living with Casa De Paz in Rio Rancho, we want to thank them for the care and attention that she received there.

May God grant Kate peace and eternal life and we look forward to seeing her again in the future.
