Juanita Charllene Brito

Charllene Brito, of Albuquerque NM, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. She was born August 19, 1940 in Estancia, NM to Charlie and Musa Baber. She graduated from Estancia High School in 1959 where she was Homecoming Queen, Mrs. EHS, and a cheerleader. She married Herold Brito , her highschool and they founded, owned and operated Parcel Delivery of Albuquerque from 1969 to 2021. She was a beloved mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with family and friends, watching sports, horses, and keeping up with current events. Charllene is survived by her son, Sean and grandchildren Austin and Shayla. She was preceded in death by her husband Herold Brito, sister Glenda Baber, and brother Eddie Baber. 

A Memorial Service will be held at 2pm on Wednesday October 4th at Sunset Memorial Park, (Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum) 924 Menaul NE, Albuquerque NM 87107. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
