Joseph Richard Stroud

Joseph Richard Stroud, born on August 8, 1962 passed away on May 5, 2026 at age 63 from complications of Alzheimer's. Joe was preceded in death by his father Richard and brother John. He is survived by his mother, Lucille Stroud, brother Jim (Bonnie) Stroud, wife Diane Wesner, and children Christine Akridge and Benjamin Stroud.

After a career in the National Guard and Air Force, Joe joined the Forest Service and ended his career as an accountant. Most of all, however, Joe will always be remembered as a nice guy. Everyone who worked with Joe liked him, both when he was employed and later while he lived in memory care.
