Jon David
Lindahl
May 30, 1968 – May 27, 2026
Jon Lindahl, a wild and crazy, free spirited, adventurous character, with a kind and compassionate heart, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Jon was a well-known mechanic, painter, and professional mad-man. He loved his children, cars, fishing, and taking things apart. Jon was born Thursday, May 30, 1968 in Crosby, Minnesota. He spent his childhood in Emily, Minnesota alongside his 3 brothers and 2 sisters. He graduated from Crosby-Ironton High School on his birthday in 1986. Shortly after graduation he moved to New Mexico where he spent a majority of his life building race cars, monster trucks, getting into trouble, and cracking jokes. He then moved back to Minnesota and became a well-known commercial painter. The last 10 years of Jon's life were spent adoring his granddaughter attending plays, and dance recitals regularly. He loved teaching her art and fart jokes.
Jon is survived by his daughter, Brittney and husband, Jeff; son, Christopher and fiance, Eve, daughter, Kassidy, and granddaughter, Lena. He is also survived by siblings Roseanne, Ted, Missy, Jerry, and his special friend/ love Kim.
Notes from Jon: Laugh daily, fart regularly, drive fast, live on the edge, play hard, wet your line, and if you can't put it back together you're an idiot (even though he never did).
