John D. Romero

John D Romero, 86, beloved husband and Father, was called to his eternal resting place on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. He entered this world on Tuesday, August 28, 1934 in Roy New Mexico. Born to Fred and Mary Dora Romero. He is survived by sons, Ed Romero and Michael Romero; daughter, Alison (Molly) Romer; brothers and sisters, Agnes Padilla, Stella Martinez, Patricio Romero, James Romero, Isabel Vigil, Angela Romero, Diana Fein, Barbara Chavez, and Anthony Romero. He Preceded in death by wife, Claudette Romero; daughter Roxanne Romero; father, Fred Romero; mother, Mary Dora Romero; brother, Fred Romero, Jr.; and sister, Esther Silva.

John was a typewriter Repairman most of his adult and owned Duke City Typewriter and Systems in Albuquerque.

A Private Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 1, 2021, 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH-University. A Graveside Service will be held at Mount Cavalry Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd NE.
