John A. Garcia

Age 78, a longtime resident of Albuquerque joined his grandson, Patrick in heaven Thursday, May 15, 2014.  He is survived by his wife, Heidi; children, Pat and wife, Donna, Ruth and husband, Emmett and Lisa; grandchildren, April, Brian and wife, Kim, Andrian and husband, Ryan, Rebecca, Pamela, Jacob, Clairice; great grandchildren, Kristina, Luke, Drake, Michael, Patrick, Brayden and one on the way.  John was a member of The Shrine of St. Bernadette Catholic Church for over 50 years.  He enjoyed retirement for over 20 years and worked at Sandia National Labs for 38 years.  A Rosary will be recited Wednesday, May 21, 2014, 6:00 p.m. at FRENCH – Lomas.   Visitation will be one hour prior to the Rosary.  Mass will be Thursday, May 22, 2014, 9:00 a.m. at The Shrine of St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 11401 Indian School Road NE, Albuquerque, NM  87112.
