Joanne (Kurfirst) Howeth

Joanne Howeth, age 81, She was born in Chicago to Joseph and Maybelle Kurfirst December 12, 1937 and later moved with her parents to Marinette, Wisconsin where she worked for the Scott Paper Co. She was an accomplished artist, working primarily in oils, painting landscapes and still-life. She passed away on December 27, 2018 after a long bout with Alzheimer's disease. She is survived by her husband, Neale. She was the youngest of four children. Her parents, siblings and all other close relatives preceded her in death. She made many friends who will mourn her passing. Interment is scheduled to take place in Marinette, Wisconsin in the Forest Home cemetery.
