JoAn F. Armstrong passed peacefully in her home on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. She is survived by her children: James, Donna, Vernon, and Kathleen Armstrong. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and great- grandchildren. A Viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m, on Monday, January 9, 2023, followed by a Graveside Service at 1:30 p.m. at the National Cemetery in Santa Fe, where she will be interred with her husband, Jimmie Armstrong.
