Jennifer Austin

Jennifer (Jen, Jenny), 38, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on June 7, 1985. She was a loving, caring, most helpful and amazing daughter, sister, mother, grandma, wife, cousin, niece, granddaughter. She passed away peacefully on January 25, 2024 in Albuquerque, New Mexico at home surrounded by close friends and family. Jennifer was known as a happy, always smiling, kind hearted, amazing young lady.

She is survived by her mother Yvonne Cortez; grandparents Felix and Rose Tafoya; husband Nathanael Austin, son Little Nathanael, daughter Jovanna; grandson Julian, twin sister Julie; neice, Jewelysa, nephews, Michael and Jovan; great neice Renae and many other extended family members. Jennifer is preceeded in death by her father Francis Anthony Cortez, Aunt Renee and numerous family members. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday February 28, 2024 at 5PM at FRENCH on Lomas and Eubank.
