Jason Edward Gunn

Jason Gunn, 36, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed unexpectedly on August 14, 2023.

Jason was born on October 24, 1986. He is survived by his beautiful 7-year-old daughter Dakota; along with his father, Russell Gunn and wife Darlene; mother, Brenda Clark and husband, Robert; and 3 siblings: Kevin Gunn and wife Heidi; Bradley Gunn and husband, Daniel Lima Lopez; and Kristie Gunn. Jason lives on also through all of his family, extended family and friends, loved by so many. Jason was such an amazing man of many talents, the dare devil and comedian of the family. He loved to make people laugh, have a good time; he enjoyed snowboarding, fishing, golfing and other activities. Jason was the best dad around, having loved his daughter Dakota more than anyone else in the whole world. It is an understatement that Jason touched so many lives and will be greatly missed.  It's going to be so hard to carry on without you. You were the string that held our family together, but we will live through your legacy. Heaven sure is lucky for gaining such a beautiful soul. We love you so much, Jason. Say hi to our cousins, Angelo Garcia and Serena Garcia, Grandma Shirley Gunn, and Uncle David Penner. Heaven will shine a little brighter with you there. Some day we all will be together again. You will always be in our hearts. We love you, Jason.

A public viewing will be held on Monday August 28th, 2023 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at FRENCH-Wyoming.

Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday August 29th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at FRENCH-Wyoming.
