Jason Cormier

February 7, 1976 — May 21, 2025

Jason D. Cormier, born on February 7, 1976; loving Son, Brother, Uncle, Cousin and Friend. Went to be with the lord, peacefully, in his sleep, on May 21, 2025. He is survived by his parents, David and Linda Cormier, two sisters, Nicole and Angie, three nephews, David, Uziah, Levi, two nieces, Ajaisha and Janae, and great Uncle of, Amiri, Azrael and Zaiden. Jason had everyone's best interest at heart. He was kind hearted and generous. He was always available for anyone in need. Jason was a very talented handyman. He was a very good mechanic and was willing to tackle any project. He graduated from Eldorado High School, in Albuquerque on May 23, 1994 and pursued undergraduate college courses. Following graduation, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, was a six-year veteran, where he earned a rank of SGT. E-6. He attended military school for parachute rigging, ejection seats, flotation devices, and safety equipment for jets and helicopters. Jason was a Desert Storm combat veteran, with two tours on the U.S.S. Peleliu, Aircraft Carrier, where he suffered injuries, resulting in 100% disability. Jason was a "Proud Marine!" As he would say, "SEMPER FI!" He will be forever, loved and remembered in our hearts.
