Janet Carol Stephens

Janet Carol Stephens, beloved wife and mother, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, June 25, 2020 surrounded by her four children. She entered this world on March 25, 1939 born in Santa Monica, CA to parents John and Teddie Leonhardi. She is survived by her devoted husband, Ronald Stephens; her children, Shawn (wife Pam) Stephens, Shelley (husband Joe) D’Annunzio, Shane Stephens and Troy Stephens; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and her dearest brothers, Bill Leonhardi and Al Leonhardi.

Janet loved visiting with her children. She had a passion for playing cards and a love for all the ladies she played with, she excelled at crafting especially crochet and knitting. She carried a lifelong crush for Elvis, even missing her high school prom to attend an Elvis concert. We hope he was waiting at the Pearly Gates with open arms.

We will forever hold our Janet in our hearts until we meet again.

A Memorial Service will be held on August 15, 2020.
