Jane Bynum

On July 12, 2025, Jane Marie Bynum, daughter of Charles Brierton and Clara McCleavey, beloved mother and grandmother, went to be with the Lord after 99 well-lived years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Bynum and her oldest son, Charles "Maxam" Adoberovoski. Jane is survived by her three children, Fred D. Smith, Roxanne Tyler and Jeteek Terry, and her grandchildren. Jane was born in Oconmowoc, WI. After briefly working at a grocery store, she attended Mt. Mary College and earned a B.S. in Home Economics, which she later taught. After moving her family to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1956, Jane worked at the University of New Mexico: 10 years as Insurance Supervisor and 5 years as Registrar of Independent Study. Two of her favorite pastimes were playing the organ and quilting. Jane was much loved by her family, her church family and her caretakers. She will be greatly missed by all.
