Jan Oglesby

Jan Oglesby, age 82, beloved wife and mother passed away peacefully on May 8, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Tom Oglesby; parents, George and Willie Shirley; and brothers, Buddy Shirley and Kim Shirley.  Jan is survived by her son, Scott Oglesby; daughter, Jill Oglesby; six nieces; and cousins.  She was recognized as an exceptional teacher and was invited to join Delta Kappa Gamma.  She absolutely loved gardening as well as quilting and clogging.

Friends may visit Wednesday, May 16, 2018, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at FRENCH – Lomas.  A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 17, 2018, 9:00 a.m. at FRENCH – Lomas.  Interment will follow the service at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
