James R. Dallas, much-loved husband, father, and friend, passed away Monday, January 28, 2019 surrounded by family.
Jim was born in Charleston, IL in 1943.
He leaves behind his wife of 51 years, Ann; daughters, Carrie (son-in-law, Eric) and Shelly; granddaughters, Payton and Helen; and his sister, Ruth.
