Isabelle F. Hilt, 90, of Albuquerque, passed away on January 18, 2026. She devoted her life to helping her career military husband. Izzie did volunteer work with several organizations and was loved by those who met her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mearick Funkhouser and Elizabeth Bennett, husband Colonel G. H. Hilt, daughter Pamela Hilt, and son-in-law Michael A. Dwyer. Izzie is survived by her daughter Nancy Dwyer, granddaughter Amanda Jones, grandson Christopher Greeley and wife Erin, grandson Robert Dwyer, brother Nelson Funkhouser and wife Christine, great grandchildren, a niece and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on February 4, 2026, 8:30 a.m. at FRENCH-Lomas following the service she will be laid to rest in Santa Fe National Cemetery with her beloved husband.
