Isabel Sophie Marquez

Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, Isabel Marquez, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. She has gone in peace to be with our heavenly father and family members who have preceded her in passing, including her husband, Victor Marquez and daughter, Barbara Marquez. Isabel is survived by her children, Ruby Astle, Stevie Marquez, and Elinor Reiners. Isabel had three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Helen Castro, Mary Gonzalez, Darlene Wetzel, and Vickie Lambert.  

Memorial will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024; 11:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Rio Rancho, a Reception will immediately follow. Interment will take place on Saturday, March 16, 2024; 2:00 p.m., at Fairmont Cemetery in Raton, NM.
