Hortencia Rodriguez, born on April 11, 1961, in Bachiniva, CHI, Mexico, passed away on September 15, 2025, in Albuquerque, NM. A beloved wife, mother, Sister, aunt and friend, Hortencia is survived by her loving spouse, Roberto Rodriguez, and her cherished children, Diana Rodriguez, Robert Rodriguez, and Sharde S. Valdiviezo.. She is also survived by her sister and brothers and all her nieces and nephews she loved so dearly.

From her early days, Hortencia was a warrior through and through, known for her vibrant spirit and a passion that centered around her immediate family. She devoted her career to making the world a better place by serving as an Admin Secretary and Dental Technician at Rodriguez Dental Lab, where her dedication and skills left a lasting impact on her colleagues and friends alike.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tencha cherished the moments spent with her family. Shopping was her favorite pastime, and she had a special talent for finding the perfect gift for every occasion. Her love of reading and writing opened worlds for her and those around her, as she shared stories and wisdom that touched many lives. 

Tencha was renowned for her light-hearted nature, always ready for a good laugh, and her penchant for pranks and jokes brought joy to gatherings, making them memorable and fun. Her positivity shone brightly in the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. Hortencia impacted many with her strength, kindness, love, and unwavering support, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and joy.

As we celebrate the remarkable life of Hortencia Rodriguez Valdiviezo, we remember her not just for her achievements, but for the love she radiated and the countless lives she touched. Her spirit will forever be a bright light in our hearts. A visitation will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025 - FRENCH Funerals Lomas Chapel at 1:15pm with a prayer service to follow at 2:00pm.
