Helen Carol Probasco

Helen Probasco, 77, loving wife and dedicated mother, passed away October 19, 2026. Helen was known for her creative spirit and artistic expressions. Helen enjoyed working in multimedia arts such as stained glass, beading, creating jewelry, silversmithing, painting and writing. She is survived by her husband, Roger Probasco, children Eric Fortin, Trisha Spears, Jon Probasco and Chris Fortin, and her grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Howard and sisters, Sue, Julie, Sally and Jolene. She also leaves many cherished nieces and nephews.

Helen was preceded in death by her sons Jeffery and Kevin Fortin.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, November 3, 10:00 am, at French-Westside Chapel, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am, at the same location. Entombment will take place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery at 2:00 pm.
