Helen Louise Henton (Holloway)

Helen Louise Henton (Holloway) peacefully joined the Lord, at her home in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at the age of 78. Helen was brought into this world on Tuesday, March 06, 1945, in Deshler, Nebraska. Helen grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico as a young child. 

Helen is preceded in death by her husband; Gary Henton, son; Duane Henton, mother; Kathryn Folks, father; Egbert Holloway, and brother; Robert (Bob) Holloway. Helen is survived by her children; Darlene Henton and Angela Henton, grandchildren; Savanah Henton, Wendel Wasson Jr, and Anthony Wasson, James DeSoto, Joshua DeSoto, Julius DeSoto, and Johnpaul DeSoto, with multiple great-grandchildren, family, and friends who will forever miss and cherish the love and memories we shared with her.

Helen had a kind, beautiful spirit that shined through her and lit up a room. 

May her soul be at peace with the Lord Jesus for eternity.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024; 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at FRENCH – Lomas, 10500 Lomas Blvd NE, Funeral Service will immediately follow at 5:00 p.m., with Pastor Rick Eddy leading. 

Refreshments will be served at 6:00 p.m.; 123 Quincy St. Albuquerque, New Mexico 87108.

Cremation will follow services. Interment will take place at a later date where she will join her husband and son.
