Grace Bracht, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 18, 2019 surrounded by friends and family.
She is survived by her daughters, Cindy Carson and Cheryl Palmer; grandchildren, Kassandra Carson, Stephen Palmer and Christy Palmer; great-grandchildren, Elsa Palmer and Bodan Palmer.
There will be a Memorial Service for Grace for immediate family and close friends, Wednesday, June 26, 2019, 2:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas.
Memorial Contributions may be made to NM Animal Friends,nmaf.org, PACA, nmpaca.org, or Animal Humane of NM, animalhumanenm.org.
