Glennda Carol Nelson, 74, passed away peacefully at her home in Albuquerque on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

Glennda had called Albuquerque home for the past 30 years, building a life filled with memories, and the simple pleasures she enjoyed. She loved spending time reading and could often be found with a good book, enjoying the quiet comfort and escape that reading brought her.

Glennda will be remembered with love by her daughter, Alexandra "Nikki" Stanford; her son-in-law, Bobby Stanford; and her two beloved granddaughters, Kennedy and Carter.

Her family will forever cherish the love, memories, and moments they shared with her. She leaves behind a lasting legacy through her daughter and granddaughters, whose lives were forever touched by her presence.

Glennda's memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
