Geraldine Cordova, age 75, entered into eternal rest on February 1, 2026, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she spent her life surrounded by family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Alex Monette; her parents, Sesario and Francis Cordova; and her brother, Ronnie Cordova.
Geraldine is survived by her loving sons, Michael Mojarro (Tiffany) and Eric Mojarro. She was a proud grandmother to Crystal (Roman), Jonathan, Celeste, Christopher, and Daniel, and cherished her nine great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Carlos, Viola, Robert, Mariano, Steve, and Ivan.
A woman of quiet strength, independence, and unwavering dedication, Geraldine faithfully served the United States Postal Service for many years. In her retirement, she found joy in caring for her rose bushes, traveling, visiting the casino, and most especially spending time with her sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and family.
Geraldine lived her life in service to others, reflecting Christ’s call to love through her generosity and compassion. Known for her selfless heart, she would give freely to anyone in need, even at great personal sacrifice. Her life was a testament to faith, perseverance, and unconditional love. Though she will be deeply missed, we take comfort in the promise of eternal life and trust that she now rests in the peace of our Lord.
