Jerri returned to her heavenly home on Saturday, October 14th, 2023. She was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on January 16th, 1940. She graduated from Valley High School in 1957. Jerri married John Camuglia in 1962 and moved to Poughkeepsie, New York. They had two children, Joy and Johnny. They returned to New Mexico in 1967. In 1970 they purchased Tully's Deli and Meats; son, Johnny still operates Tully's and Saratoris Pastry Shoppe. Jerri retired in 2014 and started volunteering at Kaseman Hospital which she enjoyed very much but, due to Covid, she was unable to return. She was preceded in death by husband John, and parents, Gerald and Hilda Funderburke. She is survived by daughter, Joy and Shawn Ashley of Perry, Georgia; and son, Johnny and Gail Camuglia of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Savannah, Shane, and Brenna of Georgia; Victoria and Brent Gillespie, Sarah and Jazmin Parra-Camuglia of Albuquerque; two great-grandsons, Andrew and Aaron, of Albuquerque; five great-grandchildren, Huntly, Kaylin, McKinney, Hugo, and Florian of Georgia. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, October 28th, 2023, at Sandia Baptist Church, 9529 Constitution NE Albuquerque, at 10:30 a.m., lunch will follow. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 924 Menaul Blvd NE Albuquerque.
