George W. Paseur Jr.

PASEUR - George W. Paseur, Jr. (age 90), a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on September 11, 2025. He was born in Marshall County, Alabama and raised in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Kari Piczak Paseur; son, Ronald C. Paseur of San Antonio, Texas; three grandchildren, Elizabeth Christine Paseur Delaney (Denis) of San Antonio, Texas, Aaron Michael Paseur (Jordyn) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Sarah Grace Paseur Lee (Jeffrey) of College Station, Texas; three great-grandchildren, Junia Joon Hye Lee of College Station, Texas, Alexander George Paseur of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Joy Joon Sun Lee of College Station, Texas; and sisters, Betty Paseur Brown and Glenda Paseur Patterson (Ray) of Owens Cross Roads, Alabama. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, George W. (Riley) Paseur, Sr. and Grace Ann Maples Paseur, and brother, John F. Paseur. 

George was a loving husband, devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and loyal friend. He always offered thoughtful advice and lent a hand whenever and wherever it was needed. 

George was an Army veteran and career civilian employee with the US Army and US Air Force, retiring in 1994. He was an avid golfer, amateur photographer and videographer, and worldwide traveler. 

Funeral services are being handled by New Hope Funeral Home in New Hope, Alabama. Private graveside services will be held at Moon Cemetery in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama.
