Frederick Alexander White passed away on March 18, 2026 at 66 years old.
Born on August 10, 1959, Fred lived a life defined by hard work, resilience, and a deep commitment to the people he loved. He was a businessman and entrepreneur, building his own path through ventures in jewelry and furniture rentals.
Fred was known for his toughness, his sharp sense of humor, and his generosity. He loved traveling, and had been all over the world. He was the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back, but also not sugar coat what you needed to hear. He loved sports, and carried that competitive, driven spirit into every part of his life.
Above everything, Fred was a father. He is survived by his children, John Anthony White, Paul Alexander White, Anastasia Alexandria White, and Scarlett Alexis White, who will carry forward his strength, lessons, and legacy.
He is also survived by his siblings John K. White Jr., Patrick White, Frances Tibbetts, and Debra Whited.
He was preceded in death by by his father, John K. White and his mother, Minerva Torres White.
Fred will be remembered as a man who stood strong, worked hard, and gave freely. His presence was larger than life, and his impact will continue through the family he built and the lives he touched.
Services for Frederick will be held on Friday, March 27th, 2026 at our University Chapel. Public visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. He will be laid to rest immediately following the service at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
