Frank C. Laguna

Frank C. Laguna, 85, died November 12, 2016 after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Julia; his sister, Lupe Esparza and husband, Gene of Orange, CA; and many other family and friends. Frank and Julia were longtime members of St. John XXIII Catholic Community. Mr. Laguna retired as an international representative from the OP & CMA International Union in Washington, DC. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Friday, November 18, 2016, 10:30 a.m. at St. John XXIII Catholic Church, 4831 Tramway Ridge Dr NE. Burial will take place at the Riverside National Cemetery in California.
