Flora P. Roussos

Age 88, a resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday, July 14, 2013. She is survived by her son, Jonathan Roussos and wife, Karen of San Diego, CA; daughter-in-law, Lisa Roussos of Albuquerque; and two grandchildren, Jessica and Kellie. Flora was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest William Roussos and son, David Roussos. She was born in 1924 in Chillicothe, OH and after high school attended the New England Conservatory of Music. Flora was a vocalist and pianist for several local churches and a synagogue. She was a piano and voice teacher for many years. Flora was Past President of the New Mexico Federation of Music Clubs. She was a volunteer Docent at the Rio Grande Nature Center. Flora was a loving mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held Saturday, August 24, 2013, 2:00 p.m., at First Congregational United Church of Christ, 2801 Lomas Blvd. NE.
