Ferdinando Rael, age 87, of Sandia Park, NM passed away peacefully in his home on April 21, 2017.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Fidel and Juanita Rael; his beloved son, Luis Rael; and daughter, Josie Vargas. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Edwina Rael; his children, Bertha Moya, Dolores and husband, Rudy Bolagh, Anthony and wife, Jeanette Rael, Anna and husband, Alan Castorena, Sarah Sanchez, Karen and husband, Saul Fuentes, and Venessa Rael; his beloved “sons”, Anthony Rael, Armando Vargas and Luis Saiz. His legacy will live on in his 19 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Daddy we will miss you, but we know you are amongst Angels now. We will meet again in Heaven.
Friends may visit Wednesday, April 26, 2017, 6:00 p.m. followed by the Rosary being recited, 7:00 p.m. at Holy Child Catholic Church, 19 Camino De Santo Nino, Tijeras, NM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, April 27, 2017, 10:00 a.m. at Holy Child Catholic Church, 19 Camino De Santo Nino, Tijeras, NM. Burial will follow the services at San Antonito Mission Cemetery.
