Emiliana (Millie) Pollock, age 89 passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Friday, August 21, 2026. She was born on Monday, May 24, 1937 in Lemitar, NM. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years, Raymond Pollock and son Steve Pollock. She is survived by her brothers, Mike, Ruben, Ralph and Lawrence; her sons Dennis and Rob (Stephanie) Pollock, daughters, Debbie Pollock-Garcia and Linda Christine Pollock; ten grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; Rochelle Stallings (Jothum) and children Meriah Sandoval (Daniel) and Children Alexys and Belinda, Salinda, Jothum Jr., Sevonna; Christopher Pollock (Jasmin) and children Elias and Marivel; Nathan Pollock (Andrea) and children Aiden and Jackson; Jason Pollock (Julia); Vanessa Touchine (Bo) and children Violet and Diego; Jennifer Pollock and son Joseph; Veronica Correa (Joshua) and children Audrianna, Alex, and Autumn; Jessica Apodaca (Cris) and children Marisol and Amiliana; Crystal Rose (Andrew); and Raymond Laweka (Ernie) and many nieces and nephews.
Millie took great pride in her beautiful lawn and enjoyed spending time caring for it. She was also an avid crocheter who lovingly made blankets for family and friends. She enjoyed Bingo, visiting Casinos, and horse racing. At one time, Millie and Raymond were even co-owners of a racehorse, a reflection of their shared love of the sport.
Later in Millie's life, she entered the workforce while her two younger children were still in school. She worked at GTE Lenkurt and later at Walmart, where she formed many lifelong friendships with her coworkers. The friendships she made throughout her working years and all who crossed her path at the Casinos remained very special to her and continued to be an important part of her life.
Millie and Raymond were known as an exceptional dancing couple. Together, they enjoyed dancing Rancheras, swing, and the Jitterbug. Their love for one another and their joy in dancing created countless cherished memories for their family and friends.
Millie will be deeply missed by her family, extended family, lifelong friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her loving spirit, generous heart, and the memories she created with those she loved will remain with them always. She leaves behind a beautiful legacy of family, friendship, love and cherished memories.
Rosary will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 6:00 pm, at FRENCH-Lomas and a Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 10:00 am, Shrine of Saint Bernadette, 11509 Indian School Rd NE. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd NE.
Pallbears will be Christopher, Nathan, Jason Pollock, Jothum Stallings, Bo Touchine, Christopher Apodaca and Raymond Laweka.
