Edward Joseph Leder

Edward Joseph Leder, age 97, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2017. A WW-II veteran, he and his wife Muriel (deceased) and their young children moved to Albuquerque in 1949, where but for two brief periods for work, he remained until his death. Ed was a graduate of the University of New Mexico, worked as comptroller of a large local construction company, comptroller of a heavy equipment company, and in his later years worked seasonally for two local CPAs preparing income taxes for individuals and small businesses. He was a member of the Elks Club, the Good Sams and local Quattro Estados RV clubs for a number of years.
Ed is survived by his son, John and daughter-in-law, Anne; daughter, Kris; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, March 21, 2017, 2:15 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
