E. Lorraine "Lorie" Frank, age 88, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023.
Lorie was a kind and loving person who dedicated her life as a Registered Nurse at the VA Hospital for over 30 years.
She is survived by her adopted family, Javier, Lorena and Karina, and many friends.
