Her love for Winnie the Pooh and Star Wars reflected her playful and imaginative nature. In her leisure time, she enjoyed coloring, tackling crossword puzzles, and indulging in her favorite novelas, which provided her with countless hours of enjoyment. Dora's gigantic heart and willingness to help others were hallmarks of her character; she was always there for family and friends alike.

She is survived by her husband, Leonel Sanchez; her mother, Celestina Guzman; her sisters, Rosa Antillon and Romana Ayala; her brother, Kent Branch; her nephew, Jose Luis Antillon; her nieces, Alyssa Antillon, Isabella Ayala; her nephews, Andrew Antillon, Hector Ayala Jr., and Michael Ayala; and her brothers-in-law, Jose Antillon and Hector Ayala. Dora's absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her. Dora was preceded in death by Margarito Guzman.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 17, 2026, 6:00 p.m., at FRENCH - University. Dora Sanchez will be remembered for her love, laughter, and the indelible mark she left on the hearts of those she cherished. In honor of my sister please wear any color of purple.
