Donald James Taylor was born August 13, 1930, in Spencer, IA and passed away July 4, 2025 in Albuquerque, NM. Donald was the loving husband of Gail; and a loving father to daughter, Debra Salvador and husband, John. He was the beloved grandfather of Matthew and wife, Laura, Eric and wife, Andrea, and Adam and wife, Megan; and loving great-grandfather to great-grandsons, Carter, Wesley, and Aiden; and great-granddaughters, Stella and Finley.
Donald served in the US Air Force and continued his love of flying as an airline pilot.
Per his wishes, no services will be held, and a private family burial will take place.
