Dominic Nelson

Dominic Johnny Nelson, age 27 of Albuquerque, NM, went home to our Lord & Savior on November 11, 2025.

“D.J.” as he was affectionately known was born on June 8, 1998 in Albuquerque, NM to his mother Cynthia Radovan.

His life was changed forever on April 12, 2017 when he was blessed with a beautiful daughter Maci. She was was pride and joy, his sunset and sunrise, his rock, his ‘love & peace. Maci was his greatest accomplishment in life.

D.J. will be remembered for his amazing smile that could light up a room, his kind heart, tight hugs, and compassion for others. He was a shining light on the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was an amazing father, son, brother, grandson, uncle, and cousin. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and many more whose lives he touched.

D.J. is survived by his daughter Maci, his mother Cynthia, sister Alyssia, niece Amayia, grandparents Reynaldo and Laura Radovan, and many uncles, aunties, cousins, and friends. He is proceeded in death by his twin, his uncle, Dominic Abeita.
