Diann was born on September 3, 1945, in Jersey City, New Jersey, and graduated from St. Michael's High School in 1963.

She obtained her real estate license and began selling homes with Century 21 and later Allstar Reality. After retiring from real estate, Diann worked as a customer service representative with Sprint until she fully retired in 2012.
Diann was an avid bowler and was a long-time member of a local bowling league. She enjoyed going to the Meadowlark Senior Center to play cards, dominoes, and mah-jongg, and visit with friends and acquaintances. At home, she enjoyed her garden, painting ceramics, was an avid reader and committed Star Trek fan.
Diann is survived by her daughter, Helen and wife, Apryl, and by her son, Robert. She also leaves behind four grandchildren, Justin, Skyla, Kian, and Azure.
