David Edward Wayham

David Edward Wayham born in Carrollton, IL May 6th, 1929 went to be with the Lord and reunite with his wife, Dorothy Teel-Wayham on Saturday, December 19, 2020.  David earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Illinois and went on to serve the Navy starting in 1947 for 25 year as a pilot and retired as Lieutenant Commander.  After retirement from the Navy in 1973, he became one of the first pilots for Federal Express to fly the Falcon and went on to fly as a Captain in the DC-10.  He retired from Fed Ex at the age of 74.

He is survived by his daughter, Lysbeth Wayham-Huerter; son-in-law, Mark A Huerter; and the apple of his eye, his granddaughter, Alexis.  The Family will hold a private service in his Honor on Wednesday, December 23, 2020. Flowers may be sent ahead of time to FRENCH – Wyoming.
