Daniel L. Estrada

It is with the utmost sadness that we say goodbye to Daniel L. Estrada who passed away on Monday, May 6, 2024. He is survived by his devoted wife, Angie Jimenez Estrada; and his siblings, Ernesto J. Estrada, Josefina Manriquez, Jesus E. Estrada, Ed Estrada, and Gloria Estrada in addition to nephews and nieces around the country and abroad. He will join his beloved little girl, Jenna; his parents, Braulio and Julia A. Estrada along with his siblings Luis R. Estrada and Rita A. Ronquillo in God's eternal home.

Dan had many academic and professional achievements including earning a bachelor's in business administration from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and was employed by the Social Security Office for over 15 years. Dan is originally from El Paso, TX, but spent over 30 years in Albuquerque. He will be remembered for his gregarious nature, kindness, humility, and humor, as well as for being a fan of the Houston Texans, EDM music, Donna Summer, and peanut butter cups. Daniel had faith in the Lord and loved his family deeply. He will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him. He left an indelible mark on our hearts.

A Rosary will be held Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 10:15 a.m., followed by a Mass at 11:00 a.m., at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Community, 5415 Fortuna Road NW - Albuquerque, NM 87105. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 924 Menaul Blvd NE in Albuquerque at 12:30 p.m.
