Cynthia Marie Strubhar

Cynthia Marie Strubhar, born on October 15, 1964, in Las Cruces, NM, passed away on August 7, 2025, in Rio Rancho, NM. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Ashley Strubhar; her brother, Stephen West; and her son-in-law, Judd Nelson.

Cynthia was a vibrant soul who brought joy to everyone around her. She was a proud graduate with an Associate's Degree and dedicated her life to her career as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, a role she cherished deeply. Her passion for helping others shone brightly in her work, making a positive impact on the lives of many.

Cynthia's love for family was immeasurable. She treasured the moments spent with her loved ones, often creating lasting memories filled with laughter and joy. One of her greatest achievements was watching her daughter, Ashley, flourish, and she could not have been prouder of her. In recent years, Cynthia shared her journey of homeownership alongside Ashley and Judd, a beautiful testament to their strong bond and shared dreams.

An avid reader, Cynthia could devour a book in a day, especially those that explored history or the Titanic. She found peace and joy in her yard, nurturing her plants and creating a serene sanctuary. Additionally, she enjoyed a thrilling outing to the casino and was always excited about catching the latest horror or action film at the movies.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at the FRENCH - Westside Chapel on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 10:00 am, where friends and family will gather to honor her memory and share stories of the remarkable woman she was. A private family goodbye will take place August 12th, 2025 as they cherish their time together in her loving spirit.

Cynthia's legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew her, and she will be forever missed but fondly remembered for her vibrant spirit and loving nature.
